7-Day Return Policy – Kapsoul

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for Kapsoul within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  1. The Kapsoul must not have been used.

  2. The Kapsoul must be in new condition, including the original Kapsoul box and all contents that were included in the shipment.

  3. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at info@kapsoul.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and

  • The return shipping address.

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and returning the item to us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Kapsoul, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Kapsouls that are sold with customized inserts are non-refundable. No exceptions.
