Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kapsoul.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, you may email us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
